Core Structure and Features
Three-cone design: Composed of three cones with hard alloy teeth, connected to the bit body via bearings. During drilling, the cones roll at the bottom of the well while sliding, enabling efficient rock breaking.
Insert-tooth structure: The cone surface is inlaid with high-hardness alloy teeth (e.g., tungsten alloy), which are more wear-resistant and impact-resistant than milled teeth (steel teeth), suitable for medium-hard to ultra-hard formations.
Fluid channel: The hole in the middle of the bit serves as a mud flow channel, used to circulate drilling fluid, cool the bit, and carry cuttings.
Connection end: The bottom is a threaded connection end for attaching to the drill string.
